Ground Squirrel 0.9.6b

After a month of development, I am proud to announce the release of Ground Squirrel version 0.9.6b.

I am sure you'll enjoy the new features and improvements. I decided to change the license to Open Software License version 3.0. The OSL is intended to be legally stronger than the GNU GPL.

Here are some of the advanced features:
* New console(terminal) view
* New splash screen
* Preferences window instead of configuration file
* Bug fixes
